Job Title: Company Driver
Location:  Festac Town, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and safety-conscious Company Driver to provide reliable transportation services for the company, its personnel, and other authorised assignments.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent driving skills, good knowledge of Lagos roads, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport management, staff, company representatives, and authorised passengers as assigned.
• Ensure timely transportation of company personnel, documents, goods, and other assigned items.
• Maintain strict adherence to approved routes, schedules, and management instructions.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and company property at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips, checking tyres, brakes, engine oil, coolant, lights, and other essential components.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, insurance, roadworthiness, and other statutory documentation.
• Maintain accurate vehicle movement logs, mileage records, fuel consumption records, and trip reports.
• Report mechanical faults, accidents, traffic violations, or other vehicle-related incidents promptly.
• Ensure proper accountability for fuel, vehicle documents, and other assigned company property.
• Comply with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and company driving policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company-related information.
• Perform other driving and operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a professional or company driver.
• Valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle category.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and surrounding areas.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety procedures.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use navigation applications and follow assigned routes.
• Physically fit, punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, patience, and responsibility.
• Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations.
• Previous experience working with a corporate organisation or established business will be an added advantage.
• Must reside within the Festac Area, Lagos State.
• Only qualified candidates with relevant driving experience will be shortlisted.
