We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
- Arrange travel, bookings, and transportation.
- Provide administrative support and maintain office records.
- Coordinate personal errands and business activities.
- Track expenses, payments, and assigned tasks.
- Prepare meeting minutes and daily activity updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence.
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Must be trustworthy, proactive, and discreet.
Salary
N130,000 monthly.
