The Role

• We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Operations Manager to run the business day to day: drive sales, manage our shoemakers, coordinate client orders from start to finish, and ensure every order is delivered on time and paid for.
• You will report directly to management and be accountable for monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue:

• Generate sales from individuals, retailers, corporate buyers, events and bulk orders
• Meet monthly revenue targets and grow repeat and referral customers
• Ensure all orders are paid for and follow up on outstanding balances
• Manage 3rycesoles’ social media pages and WhatsApp sales channels

Production & Shoemakers:

• Manage relationships with our shoemakers and production partners
• Assign orders, agree timelines and track production progress
• Carry out quality checks before any order leaves for a client
• Monitor material needs and production costs

Order Processing & Delivery:

• Receive and confirm client orders (sizes, designs, quantities, prices, delivery dates)
• Coordinate packaging and delivery logistics within Abuja and across Nigeria
• Keep clients updated from order to delivery and handle complaints or returns

Reporting:

• Keep accurate records of orders, payments, production and deliveries
• Submit weekly reports on sales, revenue collected, orders in production and deliveries completed

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Business, Marketing or any related field
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in sales, operations or production management, preferably in fashion, footwear, retail or manufacturing
• Proven record of meeting sales targets
• Experience managing artisans, vendors or production teams is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation, organisation and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of Abuja markets and delivery logistics
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Instagram and basic spreadsheets
• Self-driven, honest and results-oriented

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly base salary: N150,000
• Commission on sales and revenue collected
