About the Role

• Our client is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• The successful candidate will attend to customer enquiries, assist with clothing selections and measurements, process orders, and maintain positive customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Customer Service & Sales:

• Attend to customer enquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels.
• Provide accurate information about clothing items, sizes, prices, availability, and order timelines.
• Assist customers with clothing selections and take accurate body measurements using a tape rule.
• Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and other concerns professionally.
• Encourage repeat purchases and recommend suitable products where appropriate.

Order Management & Operations:

• Maintain accurate customer records, measurements, and order details.
• Coordinate with the relevant team members on orders, alterations, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers.
• Keep the customer service area organised and presentable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related role is an advantage.
• The ability to take accurate measurements using a tape rule is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Lekki Phase 1.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
