Job Title: Customer Care Representative / Personal Assistant

Location:  Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Answer their questions.
• Assist them with their needs.
• Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 9 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
