Job Summary
- We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to build relationships with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that provide value.
- The successful candidate will help grow revenue while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective customers through calls, email, referrals, or in-person outreach.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to support decisions, resolve concerns, and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and other teams.
- Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and competitors.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales results.
