Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop wholesale customer networks, and expand market coverage within the Marine, Frozen Fish, Seafood, or FMCG industry.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors and wholesale accounts, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support the company's business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• 4–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the Food, FMCG, Seafood, Frozen Fish, or Marine industry.
• Experience in the Marine, Frozen Fish, or Seafood industry is highly preferred.
• Candidates with strong FMCG or Food Distribution experience will also be considered.
• MBA in Finance/Marketing or a Degree in Accountancy will be an added advantage.
• Fisheries or Seafood industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in wholesale sales, distributor management, and market development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is mandatory.
• Experience using ERP systems or sales management software will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
