We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agent Supervisor

Locations:  Calabar - Cross River, Warri - Delta, Anambra, Owerri - Imo and Enugu
Job type: Full Time

You will be Responsible for

• Attend daily morning meetings with Sales Managers for task and hunting ground allocations
• Onboard New agents: Help agents download the App and upload all documents.
• Resolve transaction and application-related issues for agents.
• Escalate transaction issues to relevant authorities.
• Agent Relationship Management.
• Research new market areas.
• Distribute branding materials to agents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in Agent acquisition.
• Minimum of BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent MMO and Agent Banking business knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Supervisory and man-management skills.

Salary

• N50,000.00 mothly.
• KPI Salary - 30,000
