Job Title: Call Centre Representative (French Speaking)
Location: Iganmu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer enquiries, transaction issues, and account requests.
- Provide first-level support for online/mobile banking, debit/credit cards, and account services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and call details in the CRM system.
- Maintain banking confidentiality, security protocols, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) or HND (Upper Credit).
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing French.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Basic computer skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates residing close to Iganmu or Lekki, Lagos, will be considered.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
