Job Summary

• BioRapid Diagnostics Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and qualified Medical Laboratory Science Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Medical Laboratory Science and relevant post-NYSC experience, with the ability to promote the company's diagnostic products, laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables while developing strong business relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company's medical laboratory equipment, diagnostic products, reagents, and consumables.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, medical laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Visit healthcare facilities to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit regular marketing and sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) – Mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC work experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of medical laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables, and diagnostic products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for marketing activities when required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must reside within Karu, Kurudu, Jikwoyi, Nyanya, Mararaba, or Abacha Road axis.
