Job Title: Lounge Supervisor
Location: Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Floor & Service Management: Oversee guest seating, monitor the speed of food and drink delivery, and handle opening and closing procedures.
- Staff Oversight: Create shift rosters, track staff punctuality, train new team members, and enforce grooming and conduct standards.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Track daily stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies to prevent shortages or theft.
- Conflict & Guest Resolution: Handle customer complaints with diplomacy and manage rowdy or escalated behavior professionally.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, licensing, and safety regulations.
