Qualification and Experience
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. OND holders with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
- Must have 3—5 years in hotel operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate daily hotel operations and supervise staff.
- Strong guest-relations, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of operational reports, service standards, and staff discipline.
- Ability to coordinate departments and escalate operational issues appropriately.
