Job Title: Business Manager - Logistics
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including driver recruitment, screening, vetting, training and placement
- Set up and improve processes for driver verification, guarantor checks, background checks and documentation
- Manage the operations, recruitment and customer service teams, and set and track their targets
- Ensure timely, quality driver placements and high client satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and market share
- Drive sales and business development across individual, corporate, logistics and fleet clients
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage)
- Proven experience managing teams and running both operations and sales or business development
