Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled, creative, hygienic, and customer-oriented Parfait, Smoothie & Fruit Juice Personnel to prepare and serve high-quality parfaits, smoothies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
• The ideal candidate must have practical experience in fruit preparation, beverage production, recipe combinations, product presentation, and food safety.
• The successful candidate must be able to consistently deliver fresh, attractive, and quality products while maintaining excellent hygiene and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve different varieties of parfaits, smoothies, and fresh fruit juices.
• Wash, peel, cut, and process fruits and other ingredients appropriately.
• Prepare smoothies using fruits, yoghurt, milk, and other approved ingredients.
• Prepare fresh fruit juices using appropriate equipment and preparation techniques.
• Prepare attractive parfait combinations using yoghurt, fruits, granola, cereals, nuts, and other toppings.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Develop and suggest new product combinations and recipes to improve product variety.
• Ensure all products are freshly prepared, properly packaged, and attractively presented.
• Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels, and product shelf life.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of fruits, dairy products, and other perishable ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the preparation area, equipment, blenders, juicers, utensils, and display units.
• Minimise wastage and ensure proper accountability for ingredients and supplies.
• Attend to customers professionally, take orders, and provide recommendations where necessary.
• Monitor customer feedback and report complaints or product-related concerns to management.
• Comply with company food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in parfait, smoothie, and fruit juice preparation.
• Practical knowledge of fruit selection, handling, cutting, blending, juicing, and presentation.
• Ability to operate blenders, juicers, and other food preparation equipment.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
• Creativity in developing fruit combinations, smoothie recipes, and parfait presentations.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High level of cleanliness, punctuality, honesty, and professionalism.
• Food safety or food handling certification will be an added advantage.
