Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment across different departments and business units.
- Source candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate new employee onboarding.
- Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates.
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
