Job Title: Visa Consultant

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Visa Consultant to assist clients with visa applications, travel documentation, and immigration related processes.
• The ideal candidate must have previous work experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of visa application procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional visa consultation and guidance to clients based on their travel needs and destinations.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and supporting documents.
• Assist clients with completing visa application forms and preparing the necessary documentation.
• Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule visa appointments and coordinate submission processes where applicable.
• Keep clients informed about application progress, embassy requirements, and relevant updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure the confidentiality of personal information.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Stay updated on changes in visa policies, immigration regulations, and travel requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar visa processing or immigration consultancy role is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of visa application procedures and travel documentation requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications and meet deadlines.
• A relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism, International Relations, or a related field is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
