Summary
- Leap Microfinance Institution is seeking a competent and results driven Credit Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate loan applications and cutomers creditworthiness
- Conduct client verification and credit risk assessments.
- Review financial records and supporting documentation.
- Monitor loan disbursements and repayment activities.
- Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate loan records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in credit administration, loan processing, or microfinance banking is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of credit assessment and loan management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
