Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Officer to support the company’s financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and ledger accounts.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and statutory documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial records.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
