Job Summary
- Pioneer Foodzone Co. Limited is seeking to recruit 20 Factory Workers, primarily for packing and packaging operations, to support its production activities.
- Successful candidates will assist with the packing, sealing, labelling, sorting and preparation of finished products for storage and distribution.
- Candidates must be physically fit, attentive to details and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining established hygiene, safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished products into designated cartons, sachets, bags or containers.
- Operate basic packaging and sealing equipment or perform manual packaging tasks as assigned.
- Seal, label and arrange packaged products according to company specifications.
- Inspect packaged products for defects, damaged seals, incorrect labels or packaging inconsistencies.
- Sort and organise finished products for storage and distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene within the production and packaging areas.
- Meet assigned daily production and packaging targets.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, food handling procedures and operational instructions.
- Carry out other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE with 0-3 years experience
- Previous experience in factory operations, production, packing or packaging is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, punctual and physically fit for factory operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to comply with workplace hygiene, safety and operational standards.
- Applicants residing around Ikeja, Agege and neighbouring areas are strongly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: N70,000 – N100,000 / Month
- Staff meals provided.
- Overtime opportunities, subject to operational requirements and company policy.
