Job Title: Lounge Supervisor
Location: Ogba Ikeja, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Floor & Service Management: Oversee guest seating, monitor the speed of food and drink delivery, and run opening and closing procedures.
- Staff Oversight: Create shift rosters, track punctuality, train new team members, and enforce dress codes and conduct standards.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Track daily stock levels (liquor, mixers, ice, and supplies) to prevent shortages, waste, or shrinkage/theft.
- Conflict & Guest Resolution: Handle customer complaints diplomatically and manage rowdy, difficult, or escalated guest behavior.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the venue meets health, hygiene, licensing, and fire safety regulations.
