Job Description

• We have just launched our website and we are in need of an office assistant who lives on the mainland to work from our hub right in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Attending to orders, which include verifying and packaging.
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies.
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
• Welcome visitors to the office

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to read, write clearly in English
• Ability to use general office equipments including a computer.
• Good customer service skills
• Strong attention to details
