- Front Desk Officer I: OND / NCE
- Front Desk Officer II: B.Sc Mass Communication or related course in Social Science and Management.
- Front Desk Manager: B.Sc Business Administration or other related course with minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Chief Security Officer (CSO): SSCE or OND with 5 years experience. Having a B.Sc will be an advantage (Rtd. Security Officer)
- 5 to 11: SSCE, OND or NCE.
