Role Overview
- We are seeking a nurturing, creative, and experienced Early Years Teacher with a strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant discipline.
- Previous teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Good knowledge of Jolly Phonics and the ability to effectively use the programme to teach young children.
- Ability to teach letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and foundational reading skills.
- Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching approaches.
- Ability to create interactive, hands-on, and play-based learning experiences.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
