Job Title: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Location:  Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Master Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years experience on the Job.
  • Must be emotionally intelligent and able to handle pressure.
  • Must have excellent communication skill and verbal skill.
  • Must be an active listener and observant.
  • Decisive with excellent analytical & critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to priotize.
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
  • Problem solving skill.
  • Highly organised and a multi-tasker.
  • Foreign exposure is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage adhoc duties.
  • Ensure high efficiency in administrative activities.
  • Organise and Cordinate activities.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and any related activitiesfor the GMD.
  • Act as the first contact to the GMD.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Documentation and Filing.
  • Administrative and Secretarial duties.
  • Delegation and Supervision.
