Job Description
Our ideal candidate's job description includes:

Providing legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings to the MD
Convenand servicing general meetings (taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence)
Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects
Writing reports, letters, and memos
Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence for the MD
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments for the MD
Typing, preparing, and collating reports
Prioritizing workloads
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
Requirements
Expected skills required for this role would include:

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1-5 years work experience.
Excellent organization and time management skill
The ability to take the initiative and make decisions without supervision
A flexible and practical approach to work
Discretion and diplomacy.
Salary
NGN70,000 – 100,000 / Month.
