World Trust Travels is a well-known and a reputable travel agency in Lagos and Dubai. We are an IATA-certified member, selling flights tickets, hotels, airport transfer, package tours, and offering corporate travel management services as well as visa processing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Sales & Marketing / B2B Manager

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for B2B / Sales and Marketing manager to join our commercial team in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
  • As a B2B / Sales and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing strategies to hit or exceed sales / income targets each month, and exhibit other specific managerial role.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the management in the planning and implementing of marketing strategies that will aid the penetration of new market and discuss with the sales team.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with Trade Partners to ensure continuous delivery of services to them.
  • Supervise and provide on-the-job training and support to the B2B team members to aid in the meeting of set sales and income targets.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
  • Provide sales reports to the office management
  • Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business
  • Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business and Must have good convincing ability to close the booking
  • Ensure the meeting and exceeding of ALL sales and revenue targets as set out by the Organization in relation to the profitability of the Organization.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with Trade Partners to ensure continuous delivery of services to them.
  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities including development and execution of sales programs as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Supervise and provide on-the-job training and support to the B2B team members to aid in the meeting of set sales and income targets.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing techniques such as cold calls to ensure they become prospects for new business.
  • Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability
  • Design of amazing trips that will delight your customers
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
  • Will be responsible for aggressive selling of both inbound and outbound packages
  • Good Knowledge of GDS in Amadeus and can work in EMD, re-issue ticket and void.
  • Should be good at achieving sales target within given timelines.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification with a maximum experience of 3 - 4 years in travel industry.

Salary
N75,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
