Job Title: Sales Manager – ICT
Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos

Key Performance Indicators / Performance Goals
- Expand business breath
- Increase company revenue base from N5Billion to N8Billion annual Turnover
- Achieve Lead Conversion Rate of above at least 75%
- Grow client base by 25%.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree.
- Minimum of 3 – 4 years IT Sales experience in related industry
- Knowledge of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) very key to the role
- Proven track records of business/deal involvement in present or current role
- Ability to market enterprise solutions products is desirable.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Responsible for sales planning and forming strategic partnership with marketing, product, engineering, project and other relevant functions
- Providing recommendations to management on strategies for improving speed of service delivery while enduring business objectives such as risks management and profitability are being achieved
- Managing existing relationships and strategically creating new business channels within business sector.
- Identify sales leads, pitch products and/or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship
- Achieve strategic relationship building with new customers across all sectors
- Execute strategies and build rewarding relationship with new clients in the Government and public sector
- Build strong business development team and capabilities
- Communicate effectively, new product developments to prospective and existing clients
- Build strategic relationship with C-Level executives across all sectors.
N200,000 – N350,000 monthly.
