Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Egbeda-Lagos, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • B.Sc, HND in related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in real estate will be an added advantage
  • Must be proactive and willing to take up new challenges
  • 3 – 4years extensive experience in sales and business development
  • Applicants MUST reside within Egbeda, Shasha, Alimosho and environ.

 

 

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Egbeda-Lagos, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • B.Sc, HND or OND in related discipline
  • 2-3 years sales and marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in real estate will be an added advantage
  • Must be proactive and willing to take up new challenges

Job Title: Marketer / Sales Consultant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for prospects and converting them into paying clients
  • Providing best professional advice to prospects/clients in acquiring landed properties
  • Follow up on generated leads
  • Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale
  • Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising and business presentations
  • Communicating with legal adviser to prepare property sales documents
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Monitor competition and communicate current developments
  • Analyze market trends.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / B.A / HND in Marketing and other disciplines
  • Experience: 2 years and above in related role.
