Job Title: Senior Account Executive, Technical

Location : Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The candidate must be a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills.
  • He / She must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.

Duties

  • Negotiation of rates & terms for new and existing policies.
  • Audit of policy documents and endorsements to ensure that the workings of terms and conditions are adequate and prepared according to instructions.
  • Proactive response to clients
  • Prompt resolution of clients’ request and queries
  • Remarketing of clients portfolio
  • Preparing quotation, placement slips and cover notes for new businesses and renewals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Arts, Law, Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in a reputable Insurance Brokerage Company.
  • Associate of CII Nigeria or CII London will be an added advantage.
  • Client relationship management skills is desirable.
  • Possess vast knowledge in all classes of insurance and products
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Good Presentation and Analytical skills
  • Good Business Acumen
  • Good Negotiation Skills.

Job Title: Assistant Manager, Oil & Gas Business Development

Location : Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Duties

  • To identify opportunities for the growth of our business portfolio with clients.
  • Prospect for new clients
  • Grow the Oil & Gas / Power business of the company.

  • Devise strategies for the generation of business information that can aid the company’s growth plan.
  • Bid preparation

Job Title: Financial / Management Accountant

Location : Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Maintain and Manage the General Ledgers up to Trial balance
  • Examining financial records to check for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensures all bank reconciliation are done monthly
  • Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
  • Prepare monthly Unit and Divisional Performance reports
  • Tax reporting and Tax Management
  • Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
  • Analyses accounts and prepares reports e.g. standard costs, budgets, variance analysis and interpretation
  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
  • Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • ICAN / ACCA Membership
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably with the Big 4 or in any recognizedaudit firm
  • Must have adequate knowledge of IFRS
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • In-depth understanding of business book keeping procedures
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
  • Good oral and written communication skills
