Carlcare Development, formerly known as Tecno Telecoms – established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, Carlcare Development has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.

Job Title: Key Account Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a high-performing and skilled individual who will oversee and manage the most important client’s information.
  • The person will be responsible for maintaining and growing long term key customers through thorough and continuous analysis and consultation to fully understand all requirements aligned to their future goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, sales and inventory and onboarding for key partners, maintain existing businesses, and sell new products as the company’s product range evolves.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide information on new products to partners as at when due.
  • Meet on promotional activities that can be done together to stimulate sales. (Co-branding in favor of the company)
  • General reporting of competitors activities in the general market and most importantly, the key partners’ sphere.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare reports and presentations of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Maintain healthy profitability with key customers for long term investment success
  • Take a proactive approach to understand our customers market, challenges and opportunities
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by connecting with key stakeholders and proposing insights that deepen trust and provide opportunity to grow.
  • Manage client relationships, sales and inventory and onboarding for key partners, maintain existing businesses, and sell new products as the company’s product range evolves.
  • Achieve assigned sales & retention targets.

Required Skills and Experiences

  • BSC/BA in Business Administration, Sales or related field
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Relationship Building
  • Team Management.
  • Should be from the mobile industry with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a key account executive
  • Must have relationship with the key persons in the industry
  • Expert communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be comfortable working on excel, ppt etc
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customers’ needs
