Job Title: Platform Manager

Location:  Calabar, Cross River

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Platform Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our Calabar office. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
  • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.
  • The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives
  • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as platform officer or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
  • BSc/Ba in Business Management or a relevant field

Job Title: Business Officer

Business Officers are expected to perform the following key tasks:

  • Loan marketing and referrals : manage loan origination from validly employed Nigerians
  • Investment drive
  • Market penetration: acquire  new businesses  and generate new products that will enable nextpayday deepen her market base.

Qualifications

  • OND or its equivalent
  • Ability to meet sales target
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions
  • Excellent eye for detail.

Job Title: Business Manager

Job Title:  Customer Support Officers

Location:  Port Harcourt, Rivers

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Converting interactions on social media to leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Manage Social Media Interactions with team members(LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
  • Brainstorm with teammates to develop content for our social media

Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Social Media management skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Content creation and graphic design skills are a plus
