We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Working hours: Full time/Flexible work schedule.

Job Description

  • Must understand the economics behind products and demonstrate business acumen.
  • Liaising and networking with clients.
  • Finding advertising opportunities and different mediums for adverts including the Internet, radio and television.
  • Managing marketing material production including posters, flyers, e-newsletters and more.
  • Evaluating existing marketing campaigns to see what improvements are needed.
  • Monitoring the activities of rival marketing teams.
  • Respond to clients’ enquiries, followers and monitor customer reviews.
  • Management of the content, search engine optimization and incoming traffic control.
  • Increasing lead generation and communication with sales departments.
  • Strategic planning and goal setting with target markets.
  • Control and monitor traffic and ROI.

Requirements
Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FX sales position within brokerage industry
  • Excellent understanding on PR techniques and administration.
  • Well organized, with excellent understanding of SEO, SMM and PPC.
  • Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, CFD’s, commodities, bonds
  • Sales driven, out-going and ambitious professional
  • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills
  • Highly customer-focused and problem-solving skills
  • Speaking other languages is a plus, but not mandatory

 

Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Working hours: Full time

Job Description

  • Perform business development and networking
  • Calling potential clients and converting them into active clients
  • Build, develop, and maintain an accurate clients pipeline
  • Educate clients to understand the concept of online trading
  • Guiding prospective clients through the account opening process
  • Provision of support, services and communication of promotions at the highest level to potential clients
  • Develop relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates and customers

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with a business proficiency. An additional language will be an advantage.
  • Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or related discipline.
  • Experience in financial sector sales welcomed, ideally within a FX/ CFD / Binary Brokerage firm.
  • Understanding of the financial markets and how FX and CFD trading works.
  • Excellent communication skills, positive, confident sales skills and networking ability.
  • Ability to work independently and result driven.
