We operate a number of branches that cut across most of Nigeria’s geopolitical zones in major cities such as Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, Onitsha, Enugu, Uyo and Kano.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Call Centre Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must be smart, highly proficient in spoken english and must possess an appealing accent and good sense of humour.

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive phone-calls.
  • Provide immediate answers to customers where feasible.
  • Re-direct / Escalate Calls for specialized attention
  • Pacify Customers with frayed nerves.
  • Dis-abuse minds of members of the public on any issue related to the Company.
  • Follow up to ensure Customer satisfaction
  • Help to burnish the Company’s image
  • Manage Company’s phone-based micro Ads/Jingles
  • Help to disseminate information to Customers.
  • Provide periodic analytical feedback on Customers’ major concerns to ensure proactivity

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / HND in Mass Communication, English, French, Marketing or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • At least 5ft 5 Inches Tall
  • Ability to speak more than 1 local and 1 foreign languages will be an advantage
  • Not less than 35 years
