Job Summary

• FMR Agency is recruiting an innovative and commercially minded digital marketer to drive online revenue growth for a premium fashion and lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue growth across digital sales channels.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers and digital commerce partners.
• Lead expansion into online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify new digital sales opportunities and commercial partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
• Monitor e-commerce performance, customer behaviour, and sales analytics to improve business outcomes.
• Develop strategies to increase online customer acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Track marketplace performance and recommend initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and business development updates.
• Stay informed on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-commerce, business development, or digital sales.
• Proven experience growing online sales within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
• Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, and online commercial growth.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is an advantage.
