Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Lekki, Lagos

- Our client is seeking to recruit creative individuals for the role of Customer Service Agents.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for Customer Engagement, Customer Sales Promotion, and Customer Service Feedback.
- Ultimately, the candidate will respond to varieties of inquiries and requests via telephone, in person, or via email and collaborate with every department in the organisation to contribute to the company's overall success.
- Manage customer inquiries/ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure customers have a satisfactory experience when using its services.
- Reach out to customers through technology or in person, communicate to them about the company’s services, and discover new services they want the company to offer.
- Ensure records of payment information and other pertinent information are properly kept.
- Provide customer engaging services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that proper customer service is delivered.
- Compile reports and submit them to the management on overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team-building activities.
- Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Telephone systems.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Fluency in any Nigerian language is an added advantage.
