Job Description

  • Arranging meetings, maintaining the office environment;
  • Communicating with other department, applying for office supplies, applying for reimbursement;
  • Outputting reports of administration
  • Passionate and optimistic, responsible and good executive ability, good communication ability and service awareness


  • OND / HND / B.Sc qualification.
  • Great written English and Chinese preferred
