The Outsource Company Limited is a BPO company with an international contact center in Abuja and Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Customer Service / Call Center Reporting Officer

Location:  Wuse Zone 5, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Collecting raw data from various systems and use it in analysis that support decision making process
  • Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly call reports
  • Develop the MIS reports and conduct needed analysis for all operational figures.
  • Conduct performance analysis and identify the causes for deviation
  • Identify call center operational issues and suggest improvements
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze data to assist and advise management
  • Monitors call center performance to identify operational problems and solutions
  • Prepare special reports related to the performance reporting as requested by management team.
  • Prepare call volume analysis to support headcount forecasting.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.


  • Candidates should possess BSc qualification with 3 – 6 years experience.
