We are urgently hiring people for the positions of Office Clerk/Receptionist/Secretary

Job Responsibilities
* Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed.
* Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail.
* Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails.
* Making arrangements for meetings.
* Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records.
*Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence.
*Good in sales analysis and recommendation.

*Good understanding of the job requirements of the function.
*Good interviewing and listening skills.
*Basic understanding of employees
*Good relationship management skills.
*Good business writing skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Good analytical and problem solving skills.
*Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools especially MS Word and Excel.

  • Remuneration: N60,000 - N120,000 monthly + Incentive.

Qualifications: OND/HND/BSC in any relevant fields with no previous experience.
