Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified Production Pharmacist to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, product quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pharmaceutical production processes, including manufacturing, filling, labelling, and packaging.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review batch records and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Identify and investigate production deviations, discrepancies, and product complaints.
- Train production staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and production process optimisation.
- Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality assessments.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, research and development, and regulatory teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and GMP standards.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
