Job Description

  • We seeking to recruit urgently an experience administrator who has hands-on experience working as an HR & Admin executive, managing people process, operations, and faclities.
  • Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. The employment is Full time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Recruit and select staff
  • Supervising, mentoring , training and coaching staffs and delegating assignments to ensure Maximum productivity
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Manage office budget
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Job Title: Accounting Officer

 Job Description

  • We seeking to recruit urgently an experience accountant to ensure effective bookkeeping, financial transactions and regulatory compliance. The employment is Full time.

Responsibilities

  • Auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
  • Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, with all tax regulations.
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and
  • conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • 2 years experience as an Accountant
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks,QuickBooks, Sage, e.t.c
  • Relevant professional certification e.g Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants of (ACCA)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
