Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location : Lagos

Position Summary

  • The business development manager will build the business by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Qualification: MBA / BSc / HND
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/business development preferably in the Healthcare industry
  • Personal attributes/Skills
  • Highly self-motivated who enjoys succeeding and achieving.
  • Effective communicator
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques.

 

Job Title: Care Coordinator

Location:  Lagos

Position summary

  • Obtains client information by answering incoming telephone calls, transfer clinical calls to doctors and conduct outbound / followup calls.
  • Coordinate and implement medical case management to facilitate case closure.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Sc / HND / RN / BNSc
  • Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa) fluently is a prerequisite for the interview.
  • Candidates with HMO experience will be an added advantage.
  • Nurses are encouraged to apply.

 

Job Title: General Physician

Location:  Lagos

Position Summary

  • Receives calls from patients directly and /or receives calls transferred from call centre agents (care coordinators) and handles such calls as per Health Connect 24×7 policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that patients receive accurate diagnosis and care in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification – MBBS,
  • Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa) fluently is a prerequisite for the interview.

 

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location:  Lagos

Position Summary

  • The Graphics designer’s role is to reduce the complexity of the healthcare message to clear and simple steps for the end user (potential clients and existing clients) and to guide them into making the proper choices and adopt the desired behaviour.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification – B.Sc. / HND
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphics designing.

Personal attributes / Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Adobe creative apps specifically Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Creativity, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple marketing projects
  • Must have a keen eye for beautiful design
  • Good knowledge of branding

 

Job Title: Business Development Analyst

Location:  Lagos

Position summary

  • The business development analyst will use the knowledge of data and trends in identifying new sales opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Sc / HND
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/business development.
  • Personal attributes/Skills
  • Highly self-motivated who enjoys succeeding and achieving.
  • Analytical skills
