Job Title: HR and Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process of the company
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Convert business prospects to clients for the company through cold calls, visitation and Mails.
  • Manage other team members to effectively perform their duties and submit reports
  • Develop strategies to initiate and execute pipeline of business client into the company.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and performance management of employees.
  • Provide administrative support to management

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / HND
  • Must be smart and intelligent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience Business and Administrative skill is an added advantage
  • Must Reside within Ikeja and environs.
  • Must have at least 3 years working experience as an HR Officer
  • Candidate must know how to use Microsoft Office very well, especially MS Excel.
  • Must know how to design database, with the use of formulas on MS Excel

Salary
NGN 720,000 - 840,000 Annually.
