Expatriate Factory Manager at a Major Plastic, PVC Pipes and Cables Manufacturing Company – Sales Force Consulting (2 Openings)

Job Summary

• Our client is a major plastic, PVC pipes, cables, etc manufacturing companies with factories located in Igbesa and Ota in Ogun State but with major dealers and outlets in key cities of Nigeria.
• They urgently require the services of highly motivated and passionate and experienced Expatriate Factory Managers for each of their plants.
• The Factory Manager is responsible for all factory production, maintenance operations and administration ensuring low down-times, production planning and efficiency utilizing effective management of workforce and materials to achieve set organizational goals.

Job Description

• Candidates must possess basic experience in the design installation, assembly and repairs of diverse production machines
• Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the factory operations towards quality products output.
• Supervise the entire workflow of factory operations ensuring they meet their deliverables.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machinery forestalling breakdowns
• Ensure that production achieve the company's operative goals.
• Draw up production planning and schedules according to demand & inventory level.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Set up operating and quality standards, production processes and ensure implementation.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel, identify training needs and execute them.
• Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required
• Enforce health and safety precautions

Requirements

• B.Eng/HND in Production, Mechanical orElectrical/ElectronicsEngineering.
• Minimum of 15 years work experience in plastics, cables, PVC pipes or related products manufacturing company 5 years of which must be in Nigeria.
• Must be less than 50 years of age.

Other Conditions:

• Ideal candidates should presently reside in Nigeria.
• They should be ready to be interviewed physically within one week.
• They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
• He must preferably have worked or is currently working in key plastics, cables, PVC pipes or related products manufacturing company for 15 years, 5 years of which must be in Nigeria.
• Must be perfect in English language communication.

• Leadership skills.
• Engineering skills.
