Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise shifts: Assign daily tasks, deploy guards to posts, and manage work schedules.
- Train team members: Coach new hires on hotel safety policies, emergency protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor performance: Conduct daily briefings, check attendance, and ensure staff maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Monitor technology: Oversee CCTV coverage, alarm systems, and electronic access controls.
- Inspect premises: Conduct routine patrols of guest areas, public spaces, parking lots, and back-of-house zones.
- Identify hazards: Spot safety risks, broken locks, or fire hazards and coordinate immediate fixes with maintenance
