Job Title: Admin Officer
Job Description / Duties
An experienced Admin Officer is needed in a reputable firm.
Ensures the smooth running of the company on a day-to-day basis.
Oversees the operations of all departments and employees in the company and ensures that every employee performs in line with the company’s expectations.
Ensures customers are attended to, must solve customers’ complaints; ensures the company operates at maximum efficiency.
Schedules maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities when needed.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
Ensures invoice numbers are recorded and payments made in due time.
Generally takes responsibility for the company’s affairs.
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
Other duties that may be assigned.
HND or B.Sc in any related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in an administrative/operations role
High level of professionalism, Organizational and coordination skills
Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools especially Word and Excel.
Leading and supervising skills, Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope with pressures.
Must reside in Lagos Island/Lekki/Ajah axis
