Lilygate Hotel located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1 is a new luxurious four star hotel with 74 rooms including 6 suites and a full range of facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guest Relations Officer


Position Summary
  • Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
  • Have detailed information about the hotel and city.
  • Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities.
  • Allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences.
  • Collect guest feedback forms and do any possible first hand service recovery steps.
  • Have detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.
Position Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Minimum of HND or BSc degree in a Business or Hospitality related field.
  • Previous work experience in 4 star or branded hotels an added advantage.
