We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telesales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
- Preparation, organization and implementation of internal training, participation in the construction of the telesales department.
- Train new recruits according to the requirements of the person in charge of the company
- Responsible for the development of the company's training courseware and optimization of the training system
- Responsible for monitoring the conversion rate of first-line newcomers, as well as the need to help each team to do a good job of bridging training.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Measure identified KPIs,Prepare and present achievements and KIPs.
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of telesales and over 1 year management experience.
- With decent look, rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution
- Written skills, proficient in the use of Office software (PPT, Excel, etc.)
- Strong verbal and communication skills and learning ability, good at summarizing and identifying problems
- More than 2 years of work experience in lecture, training, insurance, consultancy, loan or other related industries.
