Job Title: Plant / Factory Manager – Packaging

Location:  Abia, Nigeria

Job Summary

• We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant/Factory Manager for the Nigerian operations of a well-known multinational leading company in the packaging industry!!
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring manufacturing and technical excellence of the plant/factory, and ultimately driving production and profitability, whilst ensuring strict compliance to all relevant legislative requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering / Business / Science or similar related fields
• At least 5 years of experience within a similar role at the management level in a manufacturing environment
• Solid working knowledge and experience within Nigeria, the industry and economic trends and legislative requirements thereof.
