Job Title: HR Business Partner
- This role is strictly an HR Strategy role with very little or no HR operations needed.
- The business partner’s role is to put in place the policies and practices of the people of the organization that are aligned to the operational needs of the business.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory / managerial role in any industry.
