Job Title: Field Support Engineer – Mechanical
Location: Lagos
Position Summary
- We are seeking capable and hands-on Field Support Engineers to support the maintenance, troubleshooting and reliable operation of telecom power and infrastructure equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned telecom and power equipment.
- Diagnose faults and support timely resolution of equipment failures.
- Conduct routine site inspections and ensure equipment reliability.
- Complete maintenance reports and update relevant operational records.
- Comply with company procedures, health, safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND, B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant experience in telecom, power, maintenance or related technical operations is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in field environments and as part of a technical team.
- Good communication, reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
